BTS series pneumatic actuator is a new type of pneumatic actuator with good appearance, which refers to the relevant design advantages of Emerson Company in the United States and combines its own technical advantages, retains the excellent structure and technical characteristics of the original product.
BTS actuator has flexible modular combination design. Pneumatic module, hydraulic module and manual module can be selected and replaced arbitrarily according to the situation on site. It can be divided into single action and double action. It is suitable for valve control of butterfly valve, ball valve, cock valve and so on.
Autorun BTS series actuators can replace imported products perfectly.

Telescopic Handle Design
Cylinders with an internal tie-rod design offer a clean and stylish appearance.In the same cylinder size, the internal tie-rod design results in a smaller outer diameter compared to the external tie-rod design. Additionally, the internal tie-rod within the cylinder provides support and guidance to the piston, effectively preventing cylinder misalignment and ensuring smoother operation, ultimately extending its lifespan.
Safety Spring Module
The spring module is consolidated into a cohesive unit after compressing the spring, resulting in improved convenienceand safety during the process of installing and maintaining the module.
Modular Design
The BTS series pneumatic actuators can be disassembled into separate modules, including the drive module, cylinder module, spring-cylinder module, and manual device. This modular design allows for tailored installation and mainte-nance based on individu al customer needs.
Large Torque Range
The BTS series double-acting actuators have a maximum to rque output of 270,000 Nm, while the single-acting actuators can provide a maximum torque output of 120,000 Nm (operating pressure: 3-7 bar).
Protective Coating
The surface of the products in the BTS series actuators is made smooth and even through shot blasting and polishing treatment prior to the painting process. The actuators are coated with an epoxy-rich zinc primer and a polyurethane topcoat during spraying. The coating thickness, adhesion and corrosion resistance of the actuators are carefully maintained to meet the demands of different harsh environments.
ISO Standard Connection Sizes
The BTS series pneumatic actuators feature flange dimensions that are in compliance with the lS05211 international standard. This adherence to the standard ensures that customers caneasily install, uninstall, and replace the actuators when connecting them to valves.
IP67 Protection Rating
The BTS series pneumatic actuators are equipped with premium sealing rings in the housing and cover, ensuring a high level of protection reaching lP67. This allows them to operate consistently and reliably even in extreme and challenging environmental conditions.
NAMUR Mounting
The accessory mounting holes of the BTS series pneumatic actuators conform to the NUMAR standard, making it convenient to install position switches, positioners, and other accessories.
